V&A VA40R - Digital multimeter, TRUE RMS, USB connection, double display
VA40R multimeter measures basic electrical quantites such as AC/DC voltage and current, resistance, capacitance and frequency with very good accuracy.
It has a large, legible display with a bargraph with a maximum reading of 6600. Two measured values can be displayed at the same time (e.g. AC voltage and its frequency).
The VA42RP meter is equipped with a fast sampling system, the frequency of sinusoidal waveforms can be measured in the range up to 66kHz, and the frequency of pulse waveforms up to 2 MHz.
Measurement of alternating voltage is correct for waveforms of various shapes, the VA40R multimeter gives the True RMS value of the alternating voltage also with a constant component.
The results of all measurements can be collected and analyzed after connecting the multimeter to a computer, via a connecting cable ended with a USB connector, thanks to which the VA42RP can be connected to any new desktop or laptop computer, which usually do not have a D-SUB RS-232 connector.
The device has a solid housing with rubber protection elements.
The set contains the multimeter, test leads a USB connector to the PC, cables with an alligator clip, a CD with software and a user manual.
